President Dental – ZenitCem Permanent Cement (5ml Syringe)
ZenitCem is a universal, radiopaque, self-adhesive, dual-cure composite cement used in indirect restorations and root posts. No bond agent application is needed when using ZenitCem.
Indications:
– Used for permanent cementation of inlays, onlays, crowns, and bridges in all ceramics (e.g. lithium disilicate, feldspathic), composites, metals, zirconia oxide, and aluminum oxide.
– Used for permanent cementation of fiber-reinforced composite root posts.
– Used for permanent cementation of titanium or zirconia oxide crowns and bridges on implant abutments.
Contraindications:
– Contraindications of ZenitCem may appear if adequate retention is not achieved in preparations (e.g. veneers).
– Do not apply ZenitCem to exposed pulp or dentin near the pulp.
– Do not use ZenitCem in patients with known allergies to its composition.
Basic Safety Information:
– For dental use only!
– Keep out of reach of children!
– Avoid skin contact! In case of skin contact, wash the affected area with soap and water immediately.
– Avoid eye contact! In case of accidental eye contact, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice if necessary.
– Use pulp protection when applying close to the pulp or proximal dentin.
Interactions:
– Do not use ZenitCem with materials containing eugenol. Temporary eugenol-free cements are recommended.
Side Effects:
– There are no known side effects. However, hypersensitivity to the product’s composition should not be overlooked.
– Acid etching of dentin may result in post-treatment sensitivity.
Dual Syringe Usage:
– The material is automatically mixed through the mixing tip. Before using the new dual syringe, remove the cap. Attach the mixing tip and use the angled tip if necessary. The mixing tip serves as a cap after use and should remain on the syringe until the next use. The used mixing tip should not be used in subsequent applications.
Recommended Use:
– Use high-intensity light for curing ZenitCem after dispensing from the syringe.
– The light source should emit 450 nm light and should be regularly checked. Light intensity should be a minimum of 400 mW/cm². Keep the light as close to the cement as possible during curing.
